PTDF Digital
A VIRTUAL WORLD PREMIERE
This pioneering new piece experiments with Taylor dancers, as well as iconic songs from the mid-twentieth century, showing intimate life moments as we invite you into the living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and corners of the dancers’ homes. At our collective moment of physical isolation and virtual ties, 22 Rooms reveals and accentuates our connections amid anxiety and loneliness. Guided by his brilliant eye, and punctuated by his signature wit, Keigwin presents our dancers for the first time in a digital commission, allowing us all the opportunity to be inspired by the emotional sincerity the Taylor Company is known for.
We are proud to share the final two short dances in the 22 Rooms series – a trio featuring George Smallwood, Kristin Draucker, Sloan Pearson, plus a quartet featuring Lee Duveneck, Alex Clayton, Adam Dickerson & Johnny Vorsteg.
Thank you for exploring this artistic terrain with us over the past few weeks.
We hope you continue to stay tuned because
We will keep dancing!
